Shipping policy

All items are handcrafted and made to order. Orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase. 

Heat sensitive items (ie. body butter, body scrubs, kinks out muscle rub) will be shipped Monday - Thursday from May - August to decrease the likelihood of melting. Some melting may occur in temperatures <75F. If melting occurs, place in the freezer for 30 minutes or refrigerate for an hour. Do not refrigerate items that contain water as these products do not need refrigeration and it may alter the texture and properties of the product.
